The environment

The richness of the purchased land lies, as you can see, largely in the varied landscape. A landscape that lends itself perfectly to developing sustainable tourism projects, where balance between man and nature is central. Minimal impact on the environment is our priorities in the design and implementation of the project.

Leveling of the ground is absolutely to be avoided, and the buildings were adapted to the existing form of the landscape. Specifically, this resulted in point foundations and buildings on pole structures.

Each building is equipped with a double rooftop. The first roof will to collect rainwater in a swimming pool. The second rooftop is to keep the cool inside, so air conditioning is unnecessary. The wind carries out the heat from the upper roottop before it the inner rooftop is reached.

Obviously we make full use of natural materials. Mainly construction works with wood that is ecologically developed. Also bamboo, marble and granite are natural materials that allows a sound integration of the buildings in nature, not jeopardize.

Also for the energy needs sustainable solutions is the answer. Think for example, solar panels including solar water boiler and photovoltaïsche panels.
