As you can see from the photos, the Bom Successo site is ideal for a sustainable project like this and respect for the natural environment has been an important consideration for the project.. Construction will have minimal impact on the landscape.

Pole structures and point foundations make levelling of the ground unnecessary, and all structures have been planned to work with the natural rhythms of the land.

Recycling, especially of water, has been an important influence on design, as has energy conservation and our own power creation.

Rainwater, where possible, will feed swimming pools. Double roofing means accommodation will remain cool and benefit from gentle offshore breezes, while solar panelling will generate enough electricity for the entire Brasil Eco Villas resort to be self sufficient.

Construction will maximise the use of natural building materials, including locally sourced wood, granite, marble and bamboo.
